The hotel is conveniently located close to the motorway, making it easily accessible for budget travellers. it is in close proximity to the Derby arena, perfect for those attending events. There are also plenty of shops nearby, ideal for any last-minute necessities. Another advantage of the location is that it is very close to fast food outlets, offering a quick and affordable dining option.
Some guests have reported minor issues with cleanliness in certain areas of the hotel.

We had an opportunity to explore the sanctuary as it’s set 15 minutes’ walk away. We enjoyed staff and service, this hotel had everything we need🙂

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! I recently stayed here with a large group and they couldn't have been more helpful. They made sure that each room was set up exactly as we needed, even accommodating guests with accessibility requirements. In the restaurant, the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our pre-ordered meals were delivered to the right guests, and they were so accommodating when some of us wanted to modify our meal deals. The level of service we received was the best I've experienced at a hotel like this. Well done to the entire team!
All in all, everything was absolutely fine.

The room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom that had both a bath and shower. The free parking was convenient, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The bed was comfortable, and having tea and coffee in the room was a bonus.
Although the room was comfortable, it did get a bit hot. Having a fan in the room helped, but having air conditioning would have been even better.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff. the hotel is situated near the motorway and city center, with plenty of parking spaces available. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. One advantage is that the hotel restaurant offered a variety of delicious food options.
No power sockets by the bedside, which made charging mobile phones inconvenient. the free WIFI was slow and unreliable.
